Booth design

This is a design for my Booth for my PP exhibition. It is quite simple or very simple because I cannot do much in this little space. Drawing not to scale.

I know the table is a bit small, and it is first come first served basis, so I cannot do much here. X banner in front of the desk, in the middle, Monitor and Laptop, on the left hand side candy jar, and on the right side is survey.

Banner design

this is my banner design. This banner is to attract people to my booth. I am planning to make it around 60x160cm X banner (standing banner). This banner shows about my students (awa and dika) and me (hehehe). The picture is when they are taking lessons with me. The banner's color are black & White theme, because it just fits in and looks nice.

Creating the survey form

it is compulsory for You to get feedback for Your project. and this is why we have to create a questionnare. I need to create something that is very short that people will take my survey

As You see from the picture above, that is the questions that will be in the survey form. I think this survey is very simple yet very clear to determine how good is this project, etc.

After that, I divided that survey form to 4 per paper to save paper. Because i will print a lot and I do not want to waste so many papers. now I just have to create the banner.

lesson #4 (dika)

I teaches Him now, because before this, I was diagnosed "demam berdarah" and thypus, so I have to postpone the teaching schedule, so this is the only time I got time, because I still have to bedrest.

Today as usual, I reviewed on what He was studying a while ago. after that, I teached him to play thinking out loud by Ed Sheeran. This time I taught Him the bass, which is very simple, but at the same time difficult. You have to maintain to play at a steady tempo.

teaching; lesson #3 (dika)

Today, I finally met him again. Today we reviewed what we learned last time we met. I tested Him on the songs I taught Him. it turns out that He still memorised it in His brain. He is actually a talented musician. Now, only need initiation to get the achievement

After I reviewed them, I taught a new song again called "twingkle - twingkle". He memorised it in 1 go, because this song is basically the easiest song ever. but now, the twingkle - twingkle song, He played the chord because i taught him chords. at first it was difficult. after a few times i showed Him how chord works, He understand them.

teaching, Lesson #2 (dika)

Today, i taught him a new song. the song are called bunda. bunda is a perfect song for someone who's totally new to Guitar.  I showed him about the style of picking and i asked Him to apply them. I still can see that He is still new in this thing, He barely made it. but after a few trials, He made it.

His weakness is He cannot pick hard (so the sound is not big) But He is very good at memorising. it took Him 3 times playing and he memorised the song

teaching, lesson 1 (dika)

So today, I met my student that i wanted to teach them about. His name is Dika.  This is his very first lesson. since he is new to this music thing, i introduced to him about music. about the basics of musi,

for example:

Note values, like the chart above, the whole note has 4 beats, the half notes have 2 beats, quarter notes have 1 beats, and so on. I think this part is important because to be able to play the songs the CORRECT way, you have to notice the beats when you play them. this is also important if you take on music career seriously;

this is called time signature. Time signature shows how many beats are available for 1 bar. like the chart above, it clearly states the types of time signature recently used for song creating, like creating modern songs. for example; "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran beats per bar were 4/4. so it is very important for You to take on Music career,  in any kind, for example, singing, must be able to read the notes and the time signature, composer, band member, etc.

After that, i teached him 1 song, Which is bintang kecil. this song is simple and easy to learn. but this song relates to time signature and the note tree. i taught him the correct way to play them.

This is my picture playing with him. it was fun teaching him to play guitar. I like to teach Guitar to someone that cannot play.
